Notification will be left at the delivery address by the courier with instructions on how this can be followed up. If you have left instruction on where to leave your package i.e. a safe place or with a neighbour, this will be marked on your notification.
If a first delivery attempt was unsuccessful, follow any instructions left and the delivery can then be rescheduled at no extra cost to you.
After several delivery attempts, the parcel will be returned to us.
